Terms of Service — Forge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Forge is an AI-powered platform that generates React applications from natural language descriptions. Generated code is provided as-is for use on your own infrastructure.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Ownership of Generated Code

You own all code generated through Forge. We retain no rights to your generated applications. You are free to modify, distribute, and deploy the code without restriction.

5. Usage Limits

Your plan determines the number of generations available per month. Exceeding your plan limits requires an upgrade. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forge is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code in production environments.
